Englisch – now i see the light Blend

I just wrote a little Tutorial, and I hope you get my point. I’m sorry if you don’t, but you know English is my second language.

So let´s start.

This tutorial is about this blend.

I start with a new file (File -> New) in the size 800px x600px, the background does not really matter, because I start directly with Textur1 . I overlay it with Textur2 and set the blendingmod to screen .

I put a new layer (Layer -> New -> Layer) on my graphic with the setting Normal and take a soft brush with an opacity of 50% and the color #ffffff [ /b] and make a white spot at the bottom of the tower.

It follows [b] texture3 on my graph with the blendinmod to multiply .

For Textur4 I also set the blendingmod to Multiply and make the texture black and white (Image -> Adjustments -> black & white). I give the texture a layer mask and take it where the tower is a little bit away. Just look where the texture bothers you too much.

I put a new layer (Layer -> New -> Layer) on my graphic with the setting soft light with an opacity of 75% and take a soft brush with the color #ffffff and paint my color over the dark spots of the underlying texture in the lower part of the layer. I do that to brighten up just those places. I can synonymous over a curve or over brightness/contrast, but I have solved it once in this case.

Then I take PNG1 for my artwork. Ok it is not PNG but I wanted to differentiate the lights somehow. So I call it that. * Yah *
So I put that on my graph and set the blendingmode to multiply. I place the lights so that they are in the upper part of the tower.

Next, I’ll take PNG2 and put it on my graphic. I duplicate the PNG once, flip it (Edit -> Transform -> Flip Horizontal) and place both to the left and right of my tower.

Now I made the first text.

About that come my persons.

I put texture5 on my graphic set the blendingmode screen and place it over my people.
I give the texture a layer mask and use a soft brush to gently remove the texture over the faces. Not too much.

The rest of my text follows.

Actually, this is already done. I put the coloring on my graphic and a Vibrance layer (Layer -> New adjustment layer -> Vibrance) with the values
Vibrance: +70
Saturation: 0
